• Analysis/study of the customer's project
  Scouting ideas/proposals tailored to the client's brief/budget
  Research existing products on the market to understand possible implementations
  Design and graphic development of the object and packaging
  Research materials to optimize the needs of the client's brief/budget
• Certifications
  Study of the regulatory framework in force for the object to be produced both in Italy and in Europe
  Study of the characteristics of the article to understand if it is in line with existing directives
  Study of any changes to be made to make it compliant with standards and therefore marketable in Europe.
  Study of mandatory labeling by law to be affixed to the object, information leaflet and packaging.
• Scouting factory in China
  Analysis of the Chinese market and research into the best factory for quality/price ratio
  Analysis certificates already in possession of the factory
  Audit of the selected factory conducted by an international analysis laboratory.
• Goods production
  Manufacturing contract with the chosen factory
  Start of pre-production sampling
  Accompany mass production with daily dialogue with the factory
  Quality control conducted by independent international company during production and before the goods leave.
• Shipping and delivery
  Selection of the forwarder and production of the necessary documentation to load the goods
  Sharing customs documents with the forwarder
  Customs clearance and palletization of goods at destination
